Kristin Webb, a passionate lifelong learner, embraces each day as an opportunity to empower others to create a dynamic learning lifestyle for themselves. After working as a corporate HR executive for 28 years, where she facilitated global leadership development workshops and coached professionals and executives, she chose to realize her dream of becoming an entrepreneur. KristinKay is the culmination of the experiences gained and lessons learned through her work, relationships, and passion for holistic healing.

Throughout her career, Kristin’s belief in cultivating a learning culture where people come together to create value for themselves and the organization has driven the greatest impact. During her time at Koch Industries, Kristin was Vice President of Koch Learning Systems, where she spearheaded a startup, enterprise-wide capability focused on: enabling insight, access, and opportunity for employees to learn, develop, and actualize their talents. Previously as VP of Human Resources for Koch Business Solutions, a Global Shared Service Company, she led the HR Business team in the design and implementation of global service centers across the United States, Asia, India, and Europe.

 

Complementing her role at Koch, Kristin has spent the past 12+ years practicing and teaching introspection techniques, mindfulness practices, reframing beliefs, and helping people discover healthy ways to move forward. Having grown up on a farm, she is rediscovering her love of nature through camping, restoring her farmhouse, and working with plants. Ever curious, Kristin is an avid reader, loves to study fashion trends, and enjoys trying new recipes with family and friends.

Paul Gyra is a seasoned business executive with over 32 years of experience in investment banking and asset management.

Paul joined the Thompson Family Office from Global Investment Bank in Dubai, UAE where he was a managing partner and responsible for cross-border transactions and business development. Prior to that, Paul Gyra was the Chief Operating Officer, Head of Strategy, and Managing Partner at Safanad Limited, based in Dubai and responsible for the principal investment firm’s business operations and strategy across its Dubai, New York and London offices.

Prior to moving to Dubai with Safanad, Paul Gyra previously held CEO positions at ING Alternative Asset Management in New York and Baring Asset Management – North America. During his tenure at ING, Paul also held a number of senior leadership roles based in Hong Kong, New York, Boston, Amsterdam and London on both the investment and distribution sides of ING Group’s asset management businesses. During this period, Paul also played an active role in managing a number of high profile strategic business reorganizations.

Paul started his investment management career at Harvard Management Company in Boston, MA, after transitioning from Ernst and Young where he worked in their financial services practices based in London, Boston and Sydney.

Mr. Gyra received his BS summa cum laude from Providence College and attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

He earned a bachelor’s in Accounting from the University of Texas and an MBA in Finance from Washington University.1

Mr. Curtin- Tom has a Master’s of Science in Urban Planning (1979) from Columbia University and a B.A. History (NROTC) from the University of Rochester. Mr. Curtin resigned his commission as a lieutenant, (surface warfare) in the U.S. Navy in 1976. Mr. Curtin is a Wall Street trained investment banker with nearly thirty years of experience as a CFO with specialization in corporate finance for large scale commercial and residential real estate developments, with expertise in acquisition and finance.

Tom has led or and managed 2 separate debt raises in excess of $1B for the New York State City Housing Development Corporation. Tom is an enthusiastic golfer and is married with 5 children and resides in Tampa Florida. Tom was an alter boy in the Catholic Church and has been follower of Christ since the age of 12. Today his 5 children are all active seekers of Christ.

Rob Bykowski is a business development, sales and marketing executive with experience growing startups and helping larger enterprises launch products and open new markets. Experience with disruptive technologies including Internet of things (IoT), natural language understanding (NLU), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and others. Solution developments include core networking equipment, software-as-a-service (SaaS)/cloud-based services, mobile applications (Apps) and enterprise software solutions.

Rob is passionate about helping companies grow and improve operations.  For more than 22-years, Mr. Bykowski has been involved in sales, marketing, business development and operations management with past roles within Sprint and Motorola as well as VC-funded, start-up companies including Winphoria Networks, Veveo, Tivo and Pepper.io. Responsibilities included regional, national and international territories.  He is a graduate of Purdue University and is on the Board of Directors of the 1st Tee of Kansas City.

Mark Nydam has 15 years of global impact and ESG investing experience leading teams at HarbourVest and PCG Asset Management that invested over USD 1 billion of private equity in the United States, Europe and Asia. Mr. Nydam has served on 20 investment fund advisory boards and 14 company boards across the global clean technology, renewable energy, impact and ESG space and was a member of the P8/P80 Group which was formed by Prince Charles to channel sovereign wealth fund and public pension fund investments into the impact space. Mr. Nydam served on the Fund-of-Funds Clean Technology and Renewable Energy Investment Committee at HarbourVest, and on the Management Committee, Clean Energy and Technology Investment Committee and the Fund-of-Funds Investment Committee at PCG Asset Management. Mr. Nydam has deep experience in ESG and impact benefits measurement frameworks and approaches and managed the formation of the first private equity ESG benefits measurement system for CalPERS' clean technology and renewable energy investments while at PCG Asset Management. Mr. Nydam has extensive relationships among global clean technology, ESG and impact investors. Mr. Nydam has an MBA with Honors and MA in International Relations from the University of Chicago. Masters and Bachelor of Science in Geology and Geophysics from Yale University.
